Booked a taxi pick up to take us to Heathrow on 7 September, at 1.30pm, having used them before, at 1.45 pm the taxi hadn't arrived, so called them and went to answer phone, so luckily we had our car, and started to load cases into car, and started to drive to the airport, we were due to book in at airport at 3.30, which we didn't think Airport express had allowed enough time, based upon the friday afternoon traffic on the M25. We received a call from airport express, and whilst driving at high speed, we found out that they hadn't written our booking into the diary, and had no driver available

I used Airport Express for the journey from Worthing town centre to Gatwick. It was an early start but the car arrived on time. The driver was very helpful in loading the luggage. The car was very clean and comfortable. We arrived at the terminal ahead of schedule and the driver assisted with transferring the luggage to the airport trolleys. Highly recommend this service.

Expected a Mercedes car or similar, as advertised, but a Skoda arrived with Indian music playing continuously and a smell of incense ? Same car and driver arrived for the return journey but no music this time and no scents or aroma in the vehicle. Driver was very good and efficient. I believe that this company is part of or the same as, Worthing Taxis and using the same vehicles, so their advert is misleading.
