Yoga
Our Yoga classes blend breathing techniques, postures, and relaxation to enhance flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. Styles range from dynamic Vinyasa Flow to restorative Yin, catering to all levels. Expert instructors guide you in adapting practices to individual needs, fostering holistic wellbeing through mindful movement.
Mat-Based Pilates
Pilates sessions focus on core strength, posture, and spinal alignment using controlled movements. Ideal for injury recovery or athletic enhancement, classes build stability and body awareness. Our instructors teach classical and contemporary methods, ensuring safe, effective practice for improved daily functionality and mobility.
Strength Training
Strength classes utilise kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to build resilience and correct movement imbalances. Tailored programmes enhance muscle recruitment and posture, reducing injury risk. Sessions in our Strength & Rehab Centre combine evidence-based techniques with real-world application for lasting health benefits.
Rehabilitation
Specialised rehab classes address postural tension, injury prevention, and mobility restoration. Using bio-dynamic principles and therapeutic tools, we target problem areas to improve joint and muscle function. Designed for those recovering from injury or managing chronic discomfort, sessions promote pain-free movement patterns.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi classes focus on slow, flowing movements to improve balance, coordination, and breath control. Rooted in traditional Chinese practices, sessions enhance joint health and reduce fall risks, particularly for older adults. All levels welcome, with modifications to suit individual capabilities and goals.

Had my first ever massage and holistic healing session today and booked again. Jo is amazing. I stood up after an hour of healing and can only describe it as a lightness... weights of the mind and body removed. Thanks again xx
