Its been a pleasure dealing with everyone at Alexander Jacob regarding our house sale and subsequent purchase. Viewing arrangements and property marketing were dealt with professionally and promptly by Emily (superstar!). Also, Spencer and Aaron relentlessly chased updates to progress sales, which can be an absolute nightmare at times, but both transactions were done and I dont think this would have been possible without the entire team. I have let a property from them for past 3 years and they have been extremely helpful and understanding. Dan the lettings manager was always there to help me when i was experiencing a maintenance issue, Even after hours. Tom and George are very professional and responsive. 5 stars all round

The saying "above and beyond" was never so apt. Aaron and Emily went out of their way to ensure the purchase of our new home went as smoothly as possible when our own conveyancer was having problems following a cyber attack on their systems.
