We consider this our local, excellent seasonal food which is great value for money and always cooked to a high standard. Staff are very helpful and good fun. Good selection of drinks. Highly recommend

Met up with family for a pre-Christmas lunch at this fantastic country pub. Lovely atmosphere, superb service and great food that was all cooked to order. This is the pub you want on your doorstep.

Nice country pub with good parking and garden. Wide selection of beers and ciders. Reasonable priced mains which are huge and good quality which counteracted 3 calamari rings starter. I had the steak and ale suet pudding, very well stuffed with meat, onion and gravy. My friend had a good burger and chips. Good place to go for a country walk before or after your meal.

Great choices of Sunday roasts. The venison was delicious. The service was friendly and quick, where you can tell the owner takes great pride in the place. Dog friendly and on the weekends there's a park next to it where you can run them around.
