Beth has been absolutely amazing. We ended up in the worlds worst chain and I truly believe it would have never moved along if it hadnt been for Beth chasing things up and constantly updating us. Beth has been extremely patient, understanding and professional, she always called me back quickly and explained everything clearly. I'd like to start by saying Carly Fitzpatrick has been absolutely amazing and very professional. I'd highly recommend this brilliant company. I've dealt with all the lovely staff. Carly Fitzpatrick has been my main point of contact and she has gone above and beyond. Beth Martin has been brilliant as well in getting on top of everything. While Beth has been on holiday Carly has been there in the last steps I've really needed her professionalism and she is very responsive to my needs. Infact she does it before you've even asked her. I just wanted to leave a quick note to say Thankyou for everything that Beth did for us on our recent house sale and purchase! She did every part of our house sale from helping us to relist our house when things didnt go to plan the first time and selling it within the week. She was so patient with me talking to me most days and excellent at chasing and keeping things moving which allowed us to complete for the stamp duty deadline.
