Although I was a buyer - not a seller - of a WM Sykes property, their service was amazing at every moment. Kay was amazing throughout the whole process and went over and above what she had to do to ensure a smooth sale (despite it being within a long chain). Would definitely recommend.

Really horrible underhanded behaviour from WMsykes @Slaithwaite. I first sent a couple of emails regarding a property and copied myself in on all emails to make sure the old trick of (we never received your email) and I had a response the first time when I wanted to make an offer! But was completely ignored because they wanted to please a developer who more than likely paid less. Im sure I will get a miserable excuse but when you treat a genuine cash buyer like trash then you show your true colours! I had property to sell and would never trust them as they treat potential buyers horribly and
