Positive:Professionalism
I HIGHLY recommend this company as, at no advance notice, they sorted out my slow puncture with a difficult repair (a screw in the tyre at a very shallow angle) and were extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. They were recommended to me to use, and I thoroughly appreciate the recommendation.

Took vehicle for an air con diagnostic as it was not working, got quoted 750 to replace the faulty compressor. I know they are costly items to replace, however It took me 5 minutes to find the compressors magnetic clutch was not working (I'm not a professional mechanic, I work in IT), so I replaced it (this took a couple of hours), without removing the compressor, with a 80 OEM part off of a company just up the road in Bedford via e-bay (many other retailers are available, just google THERMOTEC Compressor Clutch), air con now works perfectly.
