The worst customer service I've ever experienced. When my car broke down it was recovered to SH Autos as recommended by the AA. The only contact they had with me was for a minimum of 140+vat to do a diagnostic test which had already been done by the AA, SH Autos already had the AA report. I eventually removed my car after it had been with them for twelve days, without them making any effort to repair the problem.. They informed me they had vehicles that had been with them longer than mine but they were still taking in work from the AA knowing they were unable to do any work on those vehicles
