I'm appalled and quite frankly shocked how inefficient a company can be! I went to a viewing during the week and didn't hear anything from the agent despite calling them numerous times. I've sent them emails (which was not responded to by the team) and text messages yet, i didn't hear a thing! When I've finally managed to get a hold of Stuart (the lettings manager) today, i was informed that someone else has put down a deposit during the weekend. It's very unprofessional for you to not answer your emails and calls due to your "inconvenience". If you are looking for a responsive and professional

Just want to say a massive thanks to Spencer, Harrison and Stuart. They were all a big part of making my move easy, I may of been a pain with all the questions I had as it was my first time moving by myself but they were always happy to answer all my questions. I love my new home and Im glad I had such amazing people to help me through the process . If I move again in the future I will definitely go through Spencer Curtis as the service was exceptional

I was a tenant in a Spencer Curtis managed property for 4 months due to my personal circumstances. Because my contract was 6 months, they supported me in getting out the contract early and finding another tenant to replace me so that I could save money. For the issues that I did have with the property, they did fix them within the week. This includes replacing a fridge and fixing the window hinges.

Spencer Curtis deducted my deposit claiming it's for deep cleaning and he refused to show the evidence of the dirt . Their buildings are old and mould infested. Ther are health hazard.

Rudeness, lies and a waste of time. At the viewing no one showed up, they informed that the apartment was already let. This service cannot be recommended.
