John n Dunn work for many national House builders. They started out well, overstretched and started hiring numptys. Unfortunately the past 10 years if you have bought a house from a national house builder then they will be the plumbing contractor as they are good at securing large contracts. Ascent homes probably could dispose of them as they don't build that many houses, however I doubt it

Phoned on the day to cancel my appointment even though the appointment had been booked in the previous week. Broken part fitted which now works worse than before! Cannot get a new appointment for a week! (If they turn up)

We inherited JN Dunn as our remedial installer after purchasing a new build property from Ascent Homes. We expected there to be snags as with any new build home, however 8 months later, and we still have intermittent hot water issues, and today have experienced our third no-showing of an appointment by JN Dunn. The overall aftercare service we have been provided with has been abhorrent, with countless of both technical and customer service mistakes, all of which had a negative impact on us. As JN Dunn has now been removed from their duties working on Ascent Homes properties, I can only presume
