Prototyping
We offer comprehensive prototyping services from initial concept to functional prototypes. Our engineers work with clients to refine designs and test functionality before full production. Using advanced CAD/CAM systems and HAAS machining centres, we create precise prototypes in various materials including metals and polymers.
CNC Machining
Our CNC machining capabilities include 11 HAAS machining centres with 12,000 RPM spindles and 4th axis capability. We produce complex components with tight tolerances using advanced Edgecam software. Our facilities handle materials ranging from aluminium to exotic steels with dimensional accuracy to 0.001mm.
High-Volume Production

Surface Finishing
Our finishing services include gold, silver, nickel and chrome plating alongside anodizing and alochroming treatments.
