Services
Precision CNC Machining
Our precision CNC machining services utilise multi-axis machinery to produce complex components with tight tolerances. We handle materials ranging from engineering plastics to stainless steel alloys, working from technical drawings or reverse-engineered samples. With 12 CNC milling machines and 8 turning centres, we can process components up to 2.5m in size while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
Gear Cutting
Specialist gear cutting services for spur, helical, and planetary gear systems up to 1450mm diameter. Our capabilities include internal/external splines and double helical gears to BSI, ANSI, and DIN standards. We provide complete gearbox assembly and repair solutions for automotive and industrial applications.
Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineering services transform existing parts or sketches into precision-engineered replacements. Using CAD/CAM integration and CMM inspection, we recreate obsolete components with full material traceability. This service includes drawing production, material sourcing, and specialist process management for complex geometries.
Transmission Systems
Manufacture and refurbishment of transmission components including drive shafts, pinions, and planetary gear assemblies. We specialise in 4th axis machining for automotive drivelines, offering complete gearbox solutions from design to assembly with tolerances maintained to 0.001mm standards.
Replacement Parts
Custom replacement part production for obsolete or imported machinery. Our services cover pattern making, casting machining, and material sourcing. We provide cost-effective alternatives to extended lead times from original manufacturers, with batch sizes from single components to 1000-off runs.
