
Relationships Scotland's network provide relationship counselling, family mediation, child contact centres and other family support services across all of mainland and island Scotland. Our work supports individuals, couples and families experiencing relationship difficulties. Around 40,000 people have contact with our services each year.
The National Office of Relationships Scotland supports the network of 21 Member Services. We provide training, development and quality assurance of our practitioners and services. We are a national voice for relationship services and we influence political and legislative policy development in the area of family support.

Relationship counselling helps people with their relationships. We can help you to work through problems in current relationships, explore the effects of past relationships or look at how to improve and enrich relationships for the future. We support parents and children through family change and disruption as a result of separation, divorce or family restructuring.

Stuart has overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the National Office of Relationships Scotland. Rosanne oversees the development of mediation and counselling training, practice standards and procedures. She liaises with external agencies on training, practice and policy development. Rosanne is a member of the Corporate Management Team.

Kirsty has twelve years of experience of working at executive and non-executive board director level in the public and third sectors. Kirsty is currently the Deputy Chair of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and the Vice Chair of the NHS Ayrshire and Arran Board.
A qualified psychologist and psychotherapist, Kirsty co-founded the Family Therapy Training Network and was previously the Course Director for Systemic Family Psychotherapy at the Scottish Institute of Human Relations.Jim has a wide range of experience of working within the Scottish Government and with local government.
