Excellent customer service from Melvin Head carpets from start to finish (particularly from Steve). The range of carpets was excellent and the carpet was fitted quickly on the day with no issues at all. We would highly recommend and would not think twice about getting another carpet from them.

Extensive selection of all types of flooring; no sales pressure just helpful & knowledgeable owners/staff. They are not going to be the cheapest but for a hassle free experience this is one of the two independent shops in Ashford which you can rely on for great service from start to finish.
PS ALWAYS take samples with you as the light(ing), wall colours etc in your home will be unique to your home and this changes how the products look.

Excellent service. They were able to arrange a short notice visit on a Saturday before the shop opened to measure up. Then booked carpet fitting the following week. Good quality carpets and fitting. Would definitely recommend.
