Perfection .. . everything was excellent quality ...super clean rooms and friendly hosts ... breakfast tray was delicious ...andy and tracy run a top rated B&B.....we are looking forward to returning ...

Excellent little guest house very conveniently located in the centre of Windermere. Andy and Tracey are great hosts, and Traceys home baked biscuits and cookies were an added bonus. We would highly recommend the Kenilworth.

Visited for a wet weekend in the Lakes. Very clean guest house and room. Only met the male host who was very accommodating and made a number of recommendations for my stay. Would come again.

Such a lovely place to stay. Andy and Tracey are the nicest hosts you could ask for. They go out of their way to make sure you have a brilliant stay. The rooms are spacious and clean but it was their hosting that made it such a great stay for us.

Couldnt ask for better hosts, very welcoming and made sure we were set up for our few days walking. I would recommend this place to anyone. Rooms very nicely refurbished as well.
