Born in Germany and trained in Hotel Management in Vienna, Chef George has worked in the culinary arts since the 1950's in Panama, Venezuela, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic. He also worked for Hilton International in the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. He moved on to work in Miami at the Fontainbleau and Rooney Plaza Resorts.
