We provide eight contemporary en-suite rooms in the main house and two SeaView lodges. Rooms accommodate up to two guests, while lodges offer pet-friendly stays with kitchen facilities.

Cooked breakfast is included in room rates. Our award-winning breakfast menu features locally sourced Scottish produce, with options available for special dietary requirements.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are welcome in our SeaView lodges at £20 extra per stay. The main house does not accept pets to maintain comfort for all guests.

Lovely guest house, great communication before and throughout the stay. This place is very modern and has a lot of personal touches that separates it a mile from other b&bs in the area. It is not cheap and was over our budget, but it definitely delivered on value for money and exceeded expectations. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Our flight got cancelled due to bad weather in Scotland. The guesthouse refused to refund us even due to this exceptionnal event. So far, ehe guesthouse refuses to give us a voucher to allow us to visit them at a later date. They are simply not answering my messages...Be careful before booking this place, their cancellation policy is 1 WEEK upfront visit, and it seems they will be quite happy to keep your money and run if something bad happens. for this reason, I would strongly suggest you to book another accomodation. I will make sure to tell any possible guest to review this place accordingly

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Walked in, felt right at home even though I was soaking wet from just finishing the West Highland Way. They didnt bat an eyelash at my clothes and David (I think) very kindly made sure there was a meat pie if i wanted it, I having not had the foresight to know how hungry is be when I arrived. Small touches everywhere, goodies and the breakfast was by far the most intricate, beautiful and delicious set of options Id had my whole vacation. Do not miss this place, you will not regret it.

Wonderful accommodating friendly host, rooms nicely themed and a brilliant breakfast when you wake up. We were even allowed to charge our EV overnight, highly recommend.

Amazing guest house, if you are planning to stay in Fort William then stay here! Rooms lovely, breakfast smashing and dinner just divine! If I could give it more stars I would!
