Metal Stampings
Our metal stampings utilise advanced progression and single-operation tooling to produce high-volume or small-batch components. We work with ferrous and non-ferrous metals like aluminium, stainless steel, and copper. With over 40 power presses (30500 tonne capacity), we ensure precision and durability for automotive and industrial applications.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
We offer full-cycle sheet metal fabrication using CAD software, CNC press brakes, and a 4kW fibre laser. Our team designs and manufactures complex parts with tight tolerances, supporting industries requiring lightweight yet robust solutions for machinery, enclosures, and structural elements.
Welded Assemblies
Our welding services include MIG, TIG, and robotic welding for high- and low-volume assemblies. With over 40 welding machines and spot/projection welding capabilities (75350KVA), we deliver structurally sound components for automotive, aerospace, and industrial equipment sectors.
Assembly Design
We provide bespoke assembly jigs, fixtures, and vision systems to ensure defect-free production. Our engineers support prototyping and process validation, using CAD software to optimise cost-efficiency and manufacturability from concept to mass production.
Toolmaking
As part of the MKP Group, we maintain in-house toolmaking expertise via Ryeland Toolmakers. This enables rapid maintenance, custom tool design, and support for progressive dies, jigs, and fixtures to sustain high-precision stamping operations.

I did work for them as sub contractor picking up small deliveries from there. They are one of the more rude staff I ever encountered in my 5 years working in this industry. They treat you like you they own you. No respect what do ever. Why should I work some some so insulting and have no manors what do ever. I work to earn money to support my family but not to be insulated by these guys. Shame on you
