My new NHS dentist could see I was feeling anxious but she was very friendly, made sure I was feeling ok throughout the procedure. She even offered to put the radio on so I would here the sound of the tools as much.

Usual friendly and efficient service from the practice. Special thanks to your receptionist for the kind words after treatment. Ms Murphy was her usual kind and informative self. I wouldnt go anywhere else! Mind you, when I hear dentist my feet automatically head for New Walk, as theyve done for quite a time!

Don't waste your time with this practice. I've been enquiring for 6 months and as soon as they hear you're a NHS patient, they're not interested and end the call. One receptionist said it'll be a YEAR before they start taking NHS patients. Only Private patients exclusively allowed! The neglect of customers is appalling!!
