For over three years now all we have been given is excuse after excuse for not treating my son after being referred by our family dentist. Teeth not clean enough, orthodontist off ill, X-ray machine not working, amongst others. And each time re-appointment is 8-9 months away. And now that hes turned 16 - and still not received any treatment - theyve discharged him. Im guessing the orthodontist there doesnt actually do much work, but delights in taking money off the government for each 15 minute appointment they rebook. Easy money I suppose whilst the kids are still young enough to receive

Worst orthodontist ever. Never ever suggest this dentist. First of all takes ages to get appointments. When we asked if needs any parents they said legal age so dont need parents. But after attending appointments they say need parents. I mean really??? Took ages for one appointment and when got the appointment they say cant attend! This is the 4th time that they are giving nonsense excuses for braces. If they really needed parents then why they didnt say it clearly when we asked over the phone??? Absolutely unprofessional. Dentist and receptionist both are very rude with the patients.

The staff here are non-reliable and frankly rude, never explaining what there doing with the braces, constantly chopping and changing appointments! The dentist has a mood on whenever is see him and when he does my braces he will accuse me of biting on things and doing things that I have not and when I protest he's just frankly rude and dose not listen or acknowledge your opinion and thoughts! If you can get out of going to this dental surgery do.I am constantly left with pain in my mouth and still don't even know what stuff is meant to do in my mouth as there is no explanation. Broken my filling and asked if they could replace it as soon as possible because it was painful. Got lectured at the register for using the word "Doctor" and told off without a valid reason.
