I thought Dorchester was respectable?? but not this store!! I'm so upset and disappointed after appraisal. I'm going to try the Citizens Advice Bureau. Trust at your peril!!!

I have silver to sell (fair amount). I phoned today to ask for information and prices. I got quite a sharp, unpolite answer from a man there who hung up on me. I won't be doing any business with them.

Bought pink golden ring with sapphires from them, and it was actually not gold, just thick gold plated. Be aware, they selling fake gold and gemstones, just thick gold plated jewellery with collered glass. Was need to go through citizen advice to get my money back.
