We had a lovely family room with own bathroom. It was clean and all felt fresh and new. The windows were sound-proof, so the traffic outside did not disturb us at all. The breakfast was impressive, what a choice! The owners were friendly and very helpful. We would stay here again, and have already recommended Marple Cottage to others.

Nick was a brilliant host and couldn't have been more helpful, well located for bus, rail and District Line, and Leopold Road is a lovely little community with quality food, drinks and shops

We stayed here the night before my brothers wedding and can highly recommend. The team were so friendly and flexible with a late check out we needed. The breakfast is fresh and tasty, very well cooked. Lovely family and fabulous people!

A beautiful family owned guest house, run by a very friendly family whom we enjoyed talking to. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms very spacious! We hope to return next year for another visit!

Excellent, I had nice clean en suite bedroom with TV and WiFi. Full English breakfast with plenty of choice. Owners extremely helpful. Shops and restaurants close by
