Our outdoor and indoor spaces are designed to stimulate exploration, creativity, and physical development, featuring dedicated areas for gardening, construction, and sensory play. Recognised as 'Good' by Ofsted in all areas during our May 2022 inspection, we serve families of all faiths and cultures in Northampton. Services
Early Years Education
Our Early Years Education programme follows the EYFS curriculum through imaginative play and structured activities. Qualified staff deliver age-appropriate lessons focusing on emotional, social, and cognitive development. Children engage in sensory play, early maths, and literacy activities within a stimulating environment that prepares them for formal schooling.
Key Worker Scheme
The Key Worker Scheme ensures each child forms a strong bond with a dedicated staff member. This professional builds trust through quality time and observation, creating tailored development plans. A buddy system maintains continuity when primary key workers are unavailable, ensuring consistent care and relationship-building.
Outdoor Learning
Outdoor Learning takes place in our covered play area with year-round access. Children explore natural materials, grow vegetables, and engage in physical play with trikes and construction equipment. Seasonal activities include planting, harvesting, and bug hunting, supporting physical development and environmental awareness through hands-on experiences.
Christian Foundation Curriculum
Our Christian Foundation Curriculum integrates faith through age-appropriate Bible stories, prayers, and songs. This spiritual development complements EYFS requirements while respecting diverse family backgrounds. Weekly activities include worship sessions and values-based storytelling that nurture children's understanding of Christian principles in a welcoming environment.
Personalised Learning
Personalised Learning uses observation and assessment to tailor activities to each child's interests. Staff track progress across all developmental areas, creating individualised plans that extend learning through play. Regular parent consultations ensure families stay informed about their child's achievements and development pathways within our supportive educational framework.
