Report
Ambled into the Garth, after seeking a dinner recommendation from the gal at the info centre in Grantown-On-Spey. This lovely looking gem is located at one end of the high street, and made me wish I had booked my accommodation here instead of a B&B at the opposite end of town. As I walked in, several gents who were behind me, asked if I was from the AA (I trust they meant Automobile Association and NOT Alcoholics Anonymous!!). I must have had a "no-nonsense" vibe going on .....
Passed a lovely 1/2 hour in the bar -all by ourselves- with heavenly sunshine streaming in. We "discovered
