My partner and I stayed for four nights while touring the highlands - this place was great for our budget and cozy, clean, and welcoming. Breakfast is lovely, and the host Sarah was very friendly. Just a 20 minute walk into town, very accessible! I highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Owner friendly but place wasnt. Very tired premises. Breakfast poor quality food served up . Far better value (90) elsewhere on our holiday. Shame

Great place to stay overnight in Inverness. Easy short walk along the river to the city center, delicious breakfast, nice rooms and very friendly staff!

Well worth the price, just outside the central part of the city but close enough to walk, located on the bus route and it is very well kept and clean. Would definitely recommend especially for the price.

Nice clean room. Friendly efficient staff. TWO bathrooms one with shower which is more than a lot of places. Good breakfast choice. On-site parking. Tv with lots of channels. Kettle for coffee/tea making and some nice biscuits which I cant touch as Id feel guilty lol. Sink in room too. Towels and shower gel supplied on arrival. Comfy bed. Good location inside Uber eats area so lots of food available. I cant find any faults whatsoever and will probably rebook on way home or at a future time. Its a pleasant change from the usual places I review for a living.
