Very welcoming staff very relaxed atmosphere. A bit small and dark but otherwise great experience. Directions into the area not very well sign posted. Had to ask staff for directions

Oh my soul please don't purchase a voucher from this spa ... I bought one 4 days ago and still have no voucher nor have I been contacted as I have left several messages and sent numerous emails. The service is questionable and a disgrace so sad they are associated with a brand like The Marriott which unfortunately tarnishes their reputation as well.

No jaccuzi and the pool area was full of children, hardly a relaxing spa day! Would have been better going elsewhere catered to adults. Thankgodness I didn't pay full price. Next time go elsewhere if you want relaxation... 2/5

Utterly disgraceful. Husband booked me signature massage as tenth wedding anniversary present. Received confirmation/reminder email with times yesterday. Arrived for appointment to find closed. Waited 20mins but still nobody. Then when making a complaint in main reception, girl came to say "sorry but it's not my fault, we left you a message and treat well shouldn't have booked you in because we don't open until 9 30 on a Friday. I have children" so firstly there was no message. Secondly you can't claim no responsibility because it was the company you pay to get extra business from that booked it

I have visited this spa now on several occasions, I thought it was about time I left a positive review . This spa is excellent in many ways ,firstly the gorgeous smell from all the oils being used before you even reach the reception is amazing and there is soothing music playing which I feel instantly relaxes me .The staff are so friendly and chat away making me feel really comfortable . I have had the following treatments so far,Jessica gel nails, which i loved so much I just couldn't stop looking at them, the hot stone body massage which is so relaxing and the staff are really experienced
