Very unprofessional service by Mandy who does the semi-permanent makeup. Mandy knew when I booked the appointment that my mum was travelling a 180 mile round trip to attend with me in which Mandy claimed was no problem. We arrived today and my Mum was very sharply told that she would have to leave while I was getting them done as "No one can come in to tell her how to do her job". Mandy made it very clear that she didn't wasn't our business by recommending that I didn't get it done because of the upkeep even though I already told her on the phone when booking that I completely understood and was
