Called and asked if there was any product in stock was advised yes I could collect. Drove half an hour to pick up only to be told they couldnt sell to me without a consultation with a clinician as I had been to the salon before. I didnt have time to wait till later on and cost me half an journey and also I should have been asked this on the telephone. Terrible customer service!!

I had an amazing experience at clinetix with Dr Emma. The staff are so friendly and professional. The clinic is immaculate and I had Botox and filler and both were painless and done amazingly well. Im really chuffed with the results. 10/10!!
