I was struck by the background of the founder who started this practice out of a passion for cycling. I found the rate offered was best value across competitors. I received a greater amount in compensation than expected - all taken care of with little involvement on my part. Excellent service. The only point for potential improvement from a customer service perspective is that more regular updates would be nice. However I was happy with all responses I received and the professionalism of the team was notable. Excellent job, thank you.

Kevin OSullivan has been proactive, thorough and doggedly persistent in securing my settlement, as well as world class physiotherapy, over a three year period.
