Ive recently sold and bought a house all at the same time. Boray and his team (Nazima and Holly) dealt with the case. I can honestly say that they didnt disappoint as I was able to communicate with them easily and theyve always responded to my queries promptly. The whole process was so professional and stress free that, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them for anyone. Response/Update: I leave reviews after the service has been provided. I'm just warning others of my bad experience. I should have read the Google reviews, I'm more than 8 months in with them on my htb process. I'm convinced they don't know what they are doing. I will most definitely NOT be using these solicitors ever again. Avoid them if:
You want your process to go through smoothly. You want them to actually be able to communicate with the developers. You don't want to wait almost a year. You want attention to detail. You want a professional service. Also we paid a lot of money trying
