I called at 9:15 and made an appointment for 15:35. At 15:35 no taxis had arrived and I did not get a dispatch text. I called the office and was told a cab would arrive in 5 minutes. 30 minute later and the taxis finally arrived. I missed a dental appointment because of this I missed a dental appointment because of the run around from this company I couldn't give 15 minutes notice and now owee a 50 cancellation fee. The dispatcher wouldn't even answer any other calls.

I use their service regularly. It is usually good but lately Ive been lucky enough to get Driver 892 for the last couple of trips to and from the airport. The worst way to start the day. Driver 892 is always cranky. Card reader never works so you have to pay cash or be refused of service. Dont even think of try using a companys account to pay for the taxi. Its like if you were asking him to borrow some money. Please make sure you dont get driver 892.

Booked a taxi the night before an appointment and got a text confirmation, it didn't show up and I was late.
Update: I mistakenly used this service again, and the taxi was late, again... It's places like this that need services like Uber as competition so they actually have to provide some standard of service instead of floating on the scarcity of taxi-like services.
