We offer advice and treatments when back pain stops you from performing your day-to-day activities. We use post-surgical rehabilitation protocols to restore your full fitness safely and at an optimum rate. We offer a range of remedial massage options delivered by our fully trained and qualified massage therapist or physiotherapist.
Remote physiotherapy
Report
Travelling in person to see a physiotherapist isn't always practical, which is why we are pleased to offer remote video consultations. Remote physiotherapy allows you to access our team's expertise from the comfort of your own home. These consultations are designed to empower and equip you with the right knowledge to manage your condition.
Sports physiotherapy
Report
When we get injured we suddenly realise how much we miss the sport we used to enjoy. Recovering from an injury can often be immensely frustrating, especially when that pain prolongs our journey back to the sport we love. Premature return, or inadequate preparation can cause a relapse or can lead to the strain of another part of your body.
Back pain
Report
Back pain is very common and can often improve on its own within a few days or weeks. However, this is not always the case, and when back pain stops you from performing your day-to-day activities, it is sensible to get some advice. When you attend your Initial Assessment we will undertake a relevant medical history review, and usually spend approximately 30 minutes on a detailed examination.
