Luxury Lodges
The two open-plan lodges sleep up to six guests in contemporary comfort, with south-facing patios overlooking the River Fowey. Features include Bosch appliances, luxury bathrooms, and private decking areas with BBQs. Designed for accessibility, they cater to multi-generational families or groups seeking a blend of luxury and rural seclusion in central Cornwall.
Private Fishing
Guests enjoy exclusive salmon and trout fishing on a half-mile stretch of the River Fowey, renowned for its clear waters and abundant wildlife. No additional fees apply, and the activity complements the peaceful setting. Our sixth stay here, home from home! So peaceful, relaxing, everything you could need in the cottage, which was also spotless. Beautiful surroundings, lots to do nearby.

Wonderfully peaceful and idyllic location, however, seaside resorts within easy reach. Otter Lodge was lovely, great location overlooking the picturesque river. It was extremely clean, comfortable and all furnishings were of a high standard. Everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday was provided. We particularly enjoyed the lovely "welcome pack". Extreme care was taken to adhere to covid guidelines to ensure we felt safe. Marjorie and Ken, were super hosts from reservation to departure and we look forward to a return visit soon.

Lovely proper cottage, very well equipped kitchen but a few more cupboards or shelves are needed to store food, the 2 sets of fridges and freezers are very useful when catering for 8. The bedrooms are comfortable and the living room is cosy. The bathrooms need a few more shelves to put personal items on but work really well. The choice of games and books are fab. Its nice and central for beaches and loads of

This is our third family visit to Rivermead Farm Cottages. There is something for all ages (6 years to 67). You are greeted by Marjorie and Kevin and given a great welcome. The cottage is well equipped and extremely clean and comfortable. We will certainly return for another holiday.

Stayed in the very comfortable Owl Lodge. Loved just sitting with coffee on decking each morning to enjoy its location. Seems popular with trout and salmon fishermen.
