I am in shock to be honest!!I thought I would give a small business my custom, instead of my usual Ford dealer, to service and M.O.T my C. Max,
What I wasnt prepared for was a bill for 349!!!.for a service, and M.O.T!!!, from this small, local business,lesson learned!!..The car passed the M.O.T by the way!

Shocking service, Put my car in on Thursday and got it back Tuesday because they were taking too long, I had to ring up every day to check what was going on with it. They told me that the several different names of the part that I needed and the complete unit that I needed was a "couple of grand" and told me to get a part for them. They wouldn't find the part for me even if it was second hand.

Called the garage and was asked to take down so they could look at the noise from the rear. Fault established quickly and returned the following day all fixed. Good price and honest advice. Thanks Dave and his team at Poolbank garage. Highly recommend.
