Just called to get a price and was told someone would only be able to call me Monday for a price? Today is Thursday? Not very professional at all. Thanks to the lady I just spoke to, I would not recommend Rivenhall.

Booked this company after been let down by another carpet company. Had new carpet and matting fitted to my hall and stairs. Fantastic value, really friendly service. Bryan who fitted was very professional even cut a door for me and vacuumed. Would recommend 100%

Mandy provides an excellent service, bringing a wide range of samples to your home at a convenient time so that you can choose a carpet in the place where it is to be fitted. Her knowledge about all the different carpets and flooring is invaluable, helping you to pick the right carpet for the area. As a busy business owner I didn't have time to go round all the different suppliers - the personal service that Rivendell offers is therefore cost and time saving - I wouldn't go to any other supplier.
