I had the mis-pleasure of going here for a tyre and wheel alignment.
Took ages, they said they'd call me when it was done but close to closing I called them to be told it was ready. I went and guess what, it wasn't done yet. I waited patiently when this big fella walked in smoking who I guess was the boss. He walked behind the desk and while looking at me asked "what does this mush want". I asked calmly who he was referring to as "mush" and he went quiet. I took the car when they said it was finished and it was still not right. I wasn't going through that again so went to another garage nearby
