We used Bennett Walden to sell our flat and would recommend to anyone in the area looking to sell. Mark was the ultimate professional as was Reina. Mark ensured he stayed in contact and did lots of chasing of our buyer's solicitors to ensure momentum was maintained. We decided to go with Mark because of his lifelong knowledge of the area and felt he was trustworthy. We were fortunate enough to have multiple offers put in on our flat on the first day of viewings. Mark advised us well. I have no regrets using Bennett Walden, a great, friendly local estate agent.

Bennett Walden is very lucky to have the turbo charged, tenacious, methodical, logical, level headed Mark Brinkley who gets the results if you are lucky enough to have him handle your purchase or sale. Dont let the calm exterior fool you. This estate agent is writing the book. Honesty, trustworthiness and patience are a few more adjectives that spring to mind. My case was very difficult. Where I flagged and ran out of steam, (and I have a lot of steam) Mark would re ignite the process and finally we got the desired result. A big Thankyou and a big lunch coming your way Mr Brinkley. 6 stars

Extremely rude when I called up. Talked over me the entire time and then accused me of not "elaborating" on the property I was looking for. Wouldn't recommend this Estate Agents if you value basic respect when talking to people.
