We instructed Helen to help us with a house purchase but unfortunately we were gazzumped at the last minute. We then instructed Helen again to help us buy a different property, which we purchased successfully. In both cases Helen was the very definition of professionalism but was also friendly and approachable. She left no stone unturned and advised us thoroughly at every stage, which was invaluable as we were first time buyers and were completely clueless! I would not hesitate to instruct Helen again and I have already recommended her to several friends.

We couldn't have asked for a better solicitor. Ushi was amazing throughout the entire process. Communication was constant. Our buyers solicitor was useless and I strongly believe without Ushi representing us the sale would have fallen through. I recommend Layzells and Ushi to anyone who needs a solicitor.
