We lost our darling Dad suddenly just a few weeks ago. Mum and Dad live near Collins and have always said thats the place. So our time came for Dad, and we can honestly say words can not explain
the support, kindness and service Natasha and her team provided. We was warned the funeral preparations will seem like a whirl wind, stressful and upsetting ! Our experience was far from this, we went to Collins and met Natasha at the door whos face and welcome put us at ease immediately and the smell of lovely smelling candles made it feel warm. From that moment Natasha wasnt just the lady arranging

Exceptional service . I lost my beloved brother to Covid-19 on the 3rd of April and was devastated to learn i wouldn't even get to say goodbye after hes passing due to restrictions. All i wanted to do was say goodbye to him and see him one last time and my wishes were granted once i spoke to the lovely Natasha. She dressed him in he's best suit and he seemed to have a beautiful smile on hes face which gave me some much needed comfort.
Dearest Natasha i will be forever grateful to you for what you done and for looking after my brother the way you did. I will recommend you in a heart beat.

I found Collins after months of researching Undertakers and met Barry last year who talked us through the options. He didn't try to sell us any plans (as many undertakers wanted to). My mother passed away a few weeks ago, so naturally we contacted Collins. We dealt with Natasha, she was the calm voice on the phone providing support, advice and outstanding customer service - nothing was ever too much trouble for her. All queries were dealt with quickly. Collins Funeral Directors were professional in every way - and arranged everything just as we wanted as a family. Natasha was super in organising and bringing things together - and also kind and compassionate. Barry the Funeral Director on the day ensured everything was flawless - as did the gentlemen with him. The horse team and drivers were magnificent. Can`t speak highly enough. It was just the funeral my Dad would have wanted.

I have looked everywhere to leave a review on this company and Im happy I can finally leave one . This company are fantastic the compassion and support was just what I needed after sadly loosing my father a month ago ... our dealings were with the lovely Natasha and Im so pleased we met her . Her compassion towards me was incredible and will never forget that .
