We went for the Van Gogh afternoon tea served in the Oscar Wilde Lounge. The menu was really good, the finger sandwiches were incredibly tasty and all quite unique from what you find else where, however the cakes were the true masterpiece! The cakes offered an amazing combination of flavours while being served as an art piece. The surroundings are intimate and with a good atmosphere, also driven by the friendly and helpful staff! I would definitely recommend the Van Gogh afternoon tea

The Van Gogh afternoon tea will always be a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the Oscar Wilde lounge is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail really makes the room something magical.
Marcin took great care of us and made the experience extra special.

Impeccable service with a special mention to Fatma of whom we had the pleasure of meeting during check in giving us the warmest of welcomes and really setting the tone at the beginning of our stay, and Emelie who beautifully decorated our suit for the special occasion - the attention to detail was superb! The cafe royal is a stunning hotel in the perfect location with a team that go above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend when visiting London. The perfect hotel. The spa is a must! Thank you we will be visiting again

Stunning and beautiful place. The cakes and bubbles venue is Devine and Im so glad I got a chance to experience Albert Adri deserts. Please also note all staff at this venue are professional , friendly and ever so helpful.

Amazing service from all staff as usual! We have stayed a few times as a couple & took our 8 year old with us this time, she was well looked after with lovely messages left for her in the room & a gift. Wonderful service at breakfast & room service.

Perfect! The location is perfect and number of iconic places are walkable and close by a tube station. The staff are super friendly. The doorman Mr. M. Tay-i is so helpful and helped us to navigate the city.
