Collectively our amazing Leadership Team bring over 100 years of experience in the hospitality industry. With successful backgrounds they're well positioned to keep the Lexington business and our clients ahead of the game. Julia joined Lexington Catering in 2007 as Sales and Marketing Director. Julia helps define the company's strategy and oversees commercial performance and growth opportunities.

She continues to build a highly successful business that provides creative and effective hospitality solutions to some of the leading businesses in the UK. Before joining Lexington, Julia spent 20 years holding various senior sales and operational management roles in the hospitality industry. She believes success depends on having fabulous people and works hard to embed Lexington's core values.

Apprentice Scheme
Report
In 2011 we designed our award-winning Apprentice Scheme, Lex School of Talent, to give aspiring chefs an opportunity to learn on the job and build an amazing career. We work with Springboard and The University of West London to provide an opportunity for new chefs to gain NVQ 1 and 2 qualifications, whilst working in a supportive, fun and stimulating environment.
Graduate Scheme

Our 10-month Graduate Training Scheme provides graduates with experience in all parts of the food service management business. It gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself into the business, work on real projects with access to leadership and learn how each department works. Get first-hand experience of our business on our hospitality graduate work placement programme.
Coffee Philosophy

We love great coffee, so our partnerships with leading suppliers such as UCC, illy and Union Hand Roasted Coffee, are key in helping us to curate a buzzing coffee culture. We're also proud to work with industry-changing social enterprises Change Please and Redemption Roasters, suppling their beans in some of our biggest contracts and supporting their cause through events, marketing and customer engagement.

We work with our clients to understand how far to push the boundaries in order to create delicious food and drink and great experiences that keep guests wanting to come back for more. Our role is to ensure our clients make an impression with their restaurants, cafs and events, by keeping things fresh.
Seasonal Approach

Our exceptionally high food standards are a constant but as the seasons change, our chefs enjoy working with diverse ingredients from the British growing calendar. We undertake various measures to ensure that the produce and ingredients we purchase are traceable and sourced sustainably and the Sustainable Restaurant Association has recognised our exceptional approach to sourcing local and seasonal food and sustainable fish.
