Taxi ordered, paid for and confirmed. Once I arrived at the pick up location they called me to say they couldnt arrange a driver for me. I never got around to taking the taxi as they took my money without even providing me the service, still waiting for a Refund
Really unhelpful people on the phone and very rude as if it was my fault they took no responsibility for their mistake

Fraudulent. Immediately resulted in a flurry of fraudulent attempts to use my card (thankfully sporred and blocked by my bank). Irritated I fell for it but was in an emergency and didn't have time to do the sense checks I would normally do.

They are not even in new malden and called new Malden cars. Its a con Company and you should avoid
