Lovely B&B. Very clean and well maintained with a lovely friendly welcome from the hosts. The breakfast was really good with locally sourced ingredients. Great position in Llandudno very near the main centre, and off road parking .

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location with friendly and informative hosts. Walking distance to the beach, shops and eateries. Short drive to Anglesey, Snowdonia and Great Orme. Brilliant. Thank you

A warm welcome as soon as we arrived...Tracy and Simon are perfect hosts, the room we had was warm and welcoming...very spacious Super King Bed that was do comfortable...the Guest House is very close to everything and free parking...we will definitely use again when next in Llandudno...

What a gem, Tracey and Simon are fabulous hosts it was like visiting friends. Breakfast was wonderful freshly cooked as we came down. Social distancing and cleanliness first rate. I would recommend this B&B to anyone looking at going to Llandudno.
