They called me to cancel my appointment pre-covid and have now unregistered me without notice as I've not been there for too long. Unhelpful 'computer says no' receptionist then hung up when I replied "no, I don't think that's acceptable" when she asked if her advice was "OK ?".

We are so sad to review that this dental practice looked great at first but has literally waisted our time on several occasions. We use it for our sons care. We had good care in the first year but since then he has seen about 6 different dentists, had cancelled appointments by reception, and incorrect amounts of time booked in on several occasions meaning a large fracture in a front tooth has been left for months...and months. We have taken him out of school and arrived with dentists saying not enough time has been booked out to do the front tooth on three occasions. We have had a few great dentists

Excellent dental practice, would recommend. All staff are friendly and helpful. When I needed to move up my appointment Emily got it sorted for me straight away. Managed to get much needed treatment in two days!! Life saver
