I have only been a client for a year, after my other practice folded due to COVID, but I'm happy to say that it's been a very pleasant experience from day one. You get a friendly welcome upon entering the premises and receive professional treatment and care whether you are visiting the dentist or the hygienist. After having positive experiences with Glendair in the past I felt at ease and excited for my appointment however was left feeling humiliated and belittled by the rude dentist who did absolutely nothing about my problem and still charged me 97 for essentially nothing. I booked the appointment months ago and described in detail on the phone what I required (I needed a chip sorting from some work I had previously had done with another dentist). As soon as I sat in the chair the dentist said he would not be helping me as he didn't want to touch another dentists work which would have been fine if

Sarah, my hygienist, is amazing, she makes my visits to the dentist a breeze, she puts you at ease with her bubbly personality. She explains everything she is going to do, gives you breaks in between treatment, all pain free. Matt, my dentist, is fabulous. He too makes visiting the dentist fun and less daunting. Have been registered with Glendair for many many years. Always a great service, friendly and welcoming and relaxed. My partner and kids all come to Glendair too. Just had an implant done too, smooth procedure by Matt, no issues. All the dentists and hygienists that I've seen there over the years have all been brilliant. Highly recommend!
