Although I live in Crosby I have taken to commute for 7 years as I love the team so much. At home my two children spend lots of time with our two rescue Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and our fifth hamster called "Marmite".

Booked an appointment to have my dogs fertility tested but on arrival was told no such test existed. At this point I felt mild frustration at the wasted journey when, in my view, I should have been told such a test didn't exist when I booked the appointment. Could the receptionist not have checked with the vet beforehand? But then to be presented with a £25 consultation fee for the 5 minutes I was in there being told that what I'd booked in for wasn't available left me feeling this surgery is more interested in profiteering than customer satisfaction or providing value for money. Very disappointing
