We are a long established 1st opinion practice, treating small animals. Our friendly team has 3 vets whom work the 7 days a week which we are open, so you can request to see the same vet when possible, if you wish. We operate a non appointment system (except for operations) for the convenience of our patients. We pride ourselves on providing a service at a reasonable cost where our caring experienced staff will treat your pet, as if they were treating their own.

If your insurer asks you to complete your claim online, what we need from you will be greatly simplified. Please note the process may differ between insurers. Attach the clinical history, along with a copy of any payments you've made (you do not have to keep any receipts). Please note the processing of direct claims is discretionary and based on the relationship between the insurer and the clinic.

As pet owners, we endeavour to make sure that our faithful companions stay fit and healthy, enabling them to live to an old age. Unfortunately, our pets do not live as long as us and at some point, we will have to prepare to let them go. Sadly, few of our pets pass peacefully away in their sleep. Therefore, we all wish to do the right thing at the right time, fulfilling our responsibility and commitment in their final days.
