From the moment we walked into the showroom until the door itself was fitted the customer service was impeccable. Our knowledge of doors was non-existent but in the showroom we were quickly but thoroughly taken through the options and given the best advice for our budget and requirements. We had 2 visits at home - one to measure up and one to fit, both gentleman courteous, informative and pleasant, the installer even adjusted our back door for us when he discovered it was a bit wonky! The quality of the door is fantastic and has made a real difference to the look, sound and temperature(!) of

Very strange
to say that am not listed as they built my conservatory less than a year ago, ( I have all the paperwork) & since then have had to call them out three times 1st.time to cap off guttering as water cascading down gap.2nd.time to re-align stable door.3rd.time today to (hopefully) repair leak in roof !
