Not always as it's not unusual for small globules of water to be left trapped in the newly fitted tint, this will evaporate as the suns heat cures/welds the glass and tint together. Also we use techniques to minimise contamination to the exposed glue surface to prevent dust, hairs and other contaminants sticking and ultimately spoiling the clarity of the finished window.
