Divorce
Report
Mr Sandeep Sandhu has many years experience of helping clients through the stressful consequences of the breakdown of relationships and dealing with the arrangements which must be made where children and/or the family home are involved. Where possible we will seek to resolve family problems by negotiating agreements but if necessary we will issue court proceedings to protect the interests of our clients.
Estate Planning
Report
If you are without proper estate planning then your estate could be subject to an unnecessarily large tax burden on your death, money which could better be used for the care of those that you leave behind. Following the government announcement you may find our offices are closed however we are still open for business.
Powers of Attorney
Report
A Lasting Power of Attorney ('LPA') is a special type of power created in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 ('MCA 2005'). The MCA 2005 applies to England and Wales and provides a clear statutory framework for persons over the age of 18 years who lack capacity to make decisions for themselves, or who have capacity and want to make preparations for a time when they may lose capacity in the future.
